Our color is over, the leaves have fallen and now we're snowy.
But I bet of I go down 3000 feet to Zion it's still fall.

Since Ida, lows have been forming off the Texas coast and heading this way every couple of weeks and they keep getting stronger with rainfall
I hope those poor people in the UK who suffered Ida badly are ready for more

You getting any snow, or is it all rain?
We're in for some rain next week. Tough on my bus ride to/from work, but we desperately need the rain.

There was a chance for snow last nite but the mountains cut off the cold and stole all the snow

We have a bit of crunchy icy snow left, but otherwise we're at about the same stage :Gray Season.

It's been a very weird winter. I live 3 miles from Lake Michigan so usually we would have been buried in several feet of snow, several times by now.
Only 1 nice sized snowfall and all the other ones have been just light dustings (looks like someone sprinkled powdered sugar all around, heh). guess the rest of the country is hogging it all! My kid is upset because there's only been a couple of snow days so far.
I just realized I actually miss it, though I am glad we didn't get the bitter bitter cold like last year.
